It might have worked better for younger kids and those with some limited experience in making music. My 18 and 16-year-olds found it way too easy. I’d say it’s probably good for kids around 12 and under, depending on how much they've practiced.

First off, I gotta say I really enjoy making music with this compact gadget. It’s just what I’ve been searching for to take on the go. I even picked up a special USB adapter for my phone to make it work. The new stem song presets are fantastic, and I’m eager to see what else comes out.

However, the software has some serious bugs that make it tough to work on or share my tunes between devices without the app crashing. It’s like everything is stuck on my home computer or just on my phone.

The main reason I’m writing this is to suggest that there should be more investment and openness in the customer community regarding product development. How about a moderated forum for customers from the support team?
This could also serve as a great platform to showcase new samples and stem songs while gathering useful feedback from users.

I was struggling with the updates until I discovered the newest app and firmware versions. Now everything's running smoothly! Really good assistance.

I didn't get this for me; it was my husband's request, and he hasn't put it down since. He hasn't installed the app yet since tech stuff isn't really his thing, but I'm sure he'll figure it out eventually.

The Orba 2 offers total freedom for anyone wanting to express themselves musically. As someone who doesn’t have formal training but has a decent ear, I find it super easy to use. I don’t own any other electronic music gear or software. The Orba 2 is really user-friendly, and the app has a fantastic variety of presets to choose from. You can play on the Orba, record your tunes, switch out presets, and save your creations to share and listen to later.

And this is just the start… Artiphon has a whole lot more for me to dive into and develop my skills.

In the past, you sent it to the wrong address even after I requested a change just a minute after placing the order. Now I can’t get it since it’s in another city. It feels like you took my money and didn’t give me anything in return.

I'm facing big problems with your desktop application (Windows). It's making me avoid using the device since I can't update it or modify and add sounds through the app. I really like the device, but the app issue is messing with its functionality.

I bought the artiphon instrument 1 from guitar center, but it ended up being faulty. Neither guitar center nor Assurion (the protection plan I got through them) were any help, so I decided to contact the artiphon support team. They were super responsive, took charge of the problem, and quickly offered a fix. They were out of stock at that time but promised me a replacement as soon as they got more in. Not long after, I received a notification about the new stock and a tracking number. The level of assistance I got was beyond what I expected and really impressed me. Artiphon not only creates fantastic products, but they also look after their customers. I've always sung their praises and will keep doing so.

I purchased the previous model last year because I needed a little pick-me-up with all the health struggles I've been facing. Now I see you've released an Obra 2 just after I spent my cash trying to get accustomed to the Obra instrument and waiting for updates, including whether there might be recording features. At that time, I thought it had great potential, but it felt a bit limited for self-expression as a newbie. And now, here comes a newer model so soon! I really should've held off instead of throwing my money away. Oh well! Maybe I ought to wait again, just in case you surprise us with an Obra 3, or do you offer discounts for existing subscribers?

We absolutely adore it! Got one for each of the kiddos, ages 5 and 8. They took to it instantly. They're already learning songs on their own. My 5-year-old played 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' for me today, all by herself! And my 8-year-old is dropping beats like he's Diplo!!!

I picked up a couple of these to surprise my two young adult boys for Christmas. I was too excited to wait, so they ended up getting them ahead of time. They absolutely adore them, and so do their little ones, a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old! Awesome present!!
